  1. - HOW DO I PAY IF I AM OUT OF STATE?

    A: Inform your sales person that you are needing out of state shipping you will be either faxed, emailed or asked to fill out an order form online. Credit card payment is required to start your order process. No cod's. No purchase orders.

  2. - WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

    A: Calculating shipping costs has to main factors in determining total costs:

  3. - IS THERE ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY PROVIDED?

    A: Most of our parts come with an industry standard 30 day warranty. Electrical parts do not have any type of warranty unless implied by your salesman, and stated on your invoice. Customer must keep and have in hand original invoice. No part can be returned, exchanged or claimed to be defective if invoice is not present. Every part is different so what our warranties cover will be different for every part.

  4. - WHY SHOULD I BUY USED?

    A: Used parts are beneficial to use for a few reasons.

    Number 1 reason is for the savings you will see in the total cost. Brand new parts can get extremely pricey, and in some cases can be 5x to 10x more expensive than used parts.

    Quality used parts can get the job done way below the typical costs.

    Number 2 reason is your doing a great thing for the environment. Reducing the impact to the earth, and by lower waste of our earths limited resources. We only get one planet...!!!
  5. - IS INSTALLATION AVAILABLE?

    We do not install parts on site, but we have a network of preferred & quality mechanic & body shops, all close to our location. We only recommend these shops because to their prices and quality of service are excellent.
  6. -DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    NO international. We do ship almost anything with in the 48 states.
    Shipping to Hi and AK is also available, but only if it is a box able item not freight.
  7. -WHAT TYPE OF CARS DO YOU CARRY?

    We carry both foreign and domestic cars and trucks. New and used parts are available for most makes and models. A majority of our used car parts start around 1994 and as new as the current year. We do not service heavy duty vehicles service vehicles, box trucks, or motorcycles.
  8. -ARE ALL PARTS AVAILABLE NEW?

    Most parts are available new, but not all. Body and mechanical parts are both available in new condition. Availability is depending on the part needed and make / model that is requested by the customer. We are glad to check any part that you may need.   9. - WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

    We accept Cash / Visa / Mastercard / Discover. Checks are only accepted if pre-approved by bookkeeper. You can even pay over the phone with your card and have your parts ready before you arrive, or have them shipped your house or local mechanic shop. We do not accept American Express.
  10. - DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX?

    Yes all customers will have to pay taxes when purchasing your parts.
    Prices quoted on the phone, or seen online do not include taxes. You do not have to pay taxes if, the part is shipped out of state, or is a company with an Oklahoma sales tax ID number.
  11. - ARE CUSTOMERS ALLOWED TO PULL PARTS?

    We do not allow our customers to pull their own parts. The only parts we allow customers to pull are windshields. This is the only part we do not pull, but we do sell brand new windshields if you are not able to remove the used one for yourself.
